IMPROVING ACCESS TO HEALTH CLINICS
This facility siting aims to provide direction for the search to open three to four evening and "walk-in" clinics for Philadelphians who lack close-by or financial access to health care. Our most important consideration was that these clinics would be accessible as possible to their primary client groups: the poor, the elderly, and young children. Download the full text below.
